4. Seller Verification & Product Authenticity

• Only authorized and verified sellers are allowed
• Counterfeit, parallel imports, or unapproved products are prohibited
• Zenska may request supporting documents at any time
• Listings may be removed without prior notice

5. Orders & Payments

• Prices are set by sellers
• Payments are processed via third-party providers
• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD confirmation

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for fulfillment
• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• Zenska is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or leaked items
• Expired products
• Verified counterfeit claims

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or opened items
• Broken seals
• Change of mind

8. AI Features Disclaimer

• AI recommendations are informational only
• Not medical or professional advice
• Users remain responsible for product suitability

9. User Content & Reviews

Users must not post:

• False or misleading content
• Infringing or unlawful material
• Spam or manipulative reviews

Zenska may remove content at its discretion.

10. Prohibited Activities
