📦 Orders & Shipping

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account → Orders.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days across the Philippines. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Please contact our support team immediately if you need an update.
