📦 Orders & Shipping
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account → Orders.
Standard delivery within Metro Manila takes 2–4 business days. Provincial deliveries may take 5–7 business days depending on your location.
You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team. After that, changes may not be possible once the order is being processed.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Go to My Account → Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Return.' Our team will review and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
